These terms govern your use of trialkighadi.pics and Trial Ki Ghadi, operated by Trial Ki Ghadi Pvt. Ltd., Offices 601/603, 6th Floor, Corner Stone Premises, Plot No. 32/28, Prabhat Road, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Maharashtra 411004. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy.

The service

Trial Ki Ghadi is a free tool that tracks when free trials of apps and online services end and reminds you before they turn into paid plans. It is free. There is no paid plan, and we never collect payments.

What we do not do

We only send reminders. We do not start, cancel, or pay for any trial or subscription. Any action you take is directly with the relevant provider. Trial Ki Ghadi is not affiliated with any provider, platform, operator, bank, or payment app.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and use your own Indian mobile number.

Messages

Reminders are service messages sent by SMS or WhatsApp only because you requested them. Reply STOP to stop. Standard operator charges, if any, are your responsibility.

Your responsibilities

Enter accurate dates. Reminders depend on the information you provide; we are not responsible for charges, missed services, or renewals resulting from wrong or missing dates or from delivery failures outside our control.

Intellectual property

The Trial Ki Ghadi name, logo, and site content belong to Trial Ki Ghadi Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000, given that the service is free.

Termination

You may stop at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.
